Walkthrough

We measure and listen for about an hour. No charge, and no pressure to decide that day.

2

Written estimate

Within five business days, every line priced and every allowance named.

3

Calendar

Before we start, you get dates for each trade. You get an update every Friday until we finish.

4

Punch list

We walk the job with you and fix every item. The final payment comes after that.

Questions

The ones we'd ask, too.

Something else on your mind? Call the office and ask for the owner.

(678) 555-0117
What if you find a problem behind a wall?

We stop, photograph it, and price the fix in writing that day. Nothing moves forward until you approve it.

How much do I pay up front?

Ten percent to reserve your dates, then set payments tied to finished milestones. You never pay ahead of the work.

Can we stay home during the work?

Almost always. We seal off the work area and keep one bathroom and a way to cook available whenever we can.

Which towns do you cover?

Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Duluth, Suwanee, Cumming, Dunwoody, and most places within a half hour of them.

Do you pull permits?

Yes, on every job that needs one. The cost shows up as its own line on your estimate.

Bring us the room that bothers you most.

Free in-home estimate, usually within the week.
